yes outside of capturing and trimming clips (premiere elements), the effect was done in after effects.

Also, how do you get the clip to Resize itsself?? any help!

Thanks mattydavid12. The coner pin tracking follows the x's on my fingers. The resizing clip is the target of the track. It then moves and resizes automatically with the x's.
