Not a good idea having a member not enjoying the music he's playing.

Jon is one of the best drummers out there, playing with more raw feeling then most. But he isn't as technical nor enjoying the music as much as Thomas (according to Omar, Jon just wasn't the right guy for his new progression).

Just to state it, I prefer emotional playing over technical everyday, but Thomas is just as awsome as Jon, in a different way.

I think Jon is an incomplete drummer. He's feeling is ok, but man! his techniques and solos are mediocre IMO. He couldn't do anything special with his feet and he wont go beyond spreading single strokes rolls all over the drumset when soloing.
