Thank! I (mom) did ride the pony for some time to train him. Then the kids worked on the lunge line for several years until they could walk/trot/canter. Then they were allowed off the lunge. We've had the pony for near 8 years and it's sad that the kids are outgrowing him. He's been the best pony.
