No, this is not OSUT...notice lack of uniforms, military personnel, military base, etc. This is just FSTP. Its just what kids do while they wait for their ship date. I'm doing it right now. Three years goes fast, trust me. I myself ship to Basic at Fort Benning, for 11x Infantry OSUT, on February 14th.
