What's not to get? If it wasn't for cigarettes that hamster would be alive today - Smoking Kills. Or to look at it another way, it's a play on what the audience normally expects when they hear "Smoking Kills", though this time it's a more humorous approach. In the hope the message will be remembered. Or something :-)
