Is there anyway of making the white part of the picture to be transparent

@shuntobi you can use photoshop. or gimp. photoshop is like 24$ and i think gimp is free. basicly photoshp or gimp lets you erase white from a photo making it nothing so it will be revealed as transparent

if your finding that it's not changing, instead of restarting your computer, you can just change the view so that the hidden folders are not visible again :)

Waaaaaay too much effort! theres gotta be an easier way. Come on Microsoft, you've required us to use the stupid .ICO format since windows 3.1. I hope everyone encourages me in requesting Microsoft join the rest of thet world with .JPG or .PNG icon files.
