i wonder how this works? i've had 5 heart attacks 1 stroke and my pulse stays around 120 when i walk it goes to 130 or so and i'm in a lot of pain from it. years of medication isnt working. so i'm thinking of a more painfull excersize. and this seems like it will either kill me or help. hope it helps.
