Energon ax and lasers could easily penetrate his webbing. Plus Optimus' top speed in vehicle mode is about 220ish mph, I don't think Spidey could top that, plus what are his melee attacks going to do organic metal? Optimus' strength is stronger than the webbing, in size comparison it'd be like us to a a real spider, we just tear through it with barely any effort.
