Cell he was cocky to a point, but over all he was the best villain in all of dbz. he also has the best soundtrack out of all dbz villains, when he comes back from his failed suicide that theme was epic, it sent shivers down my spine..and still does.

Ah Cell, the most bad ass villain in all of Dragonball Z. He didn't want to conquor the world or get revenge or anything cliched like that. He just wanted to be "the man."

@MajBlood Yea but so was Super Buu. He also wanted to be "the man and eat candy!. Buu didn't care about world conquering like frieza or cooler. And he atleast had moves which were original.

Why else would Cell be so honorable by letting his opponents have time to train and giving them every conceivable advantage, just to really test out his perfect power. Unfortunately, it led to his demise. Still my favorite villain regardless.
