This whole thing is too unrealistic. If Russians' nuke did indeed get stolen like Dimas said, simple thing would be for the Russian government to warn other countries about this, so UN can step in. Instead, they try to hide this as if nothing happened, and risked causing war with US...that's just stupid. Any sensible government will know if your nukes were stolen by a terrorist organization, you reported it to the world!
