ok just in the desktop click on the right mouse button then click personalize.then in the left click change desktop icons.then youll see the recycle bin.then just click on the square and check if the square has umm...well...that thing you know.the click ok.and there you have your recycle bin back!
hahah funny man, oh and i have the answer if you didn't allready figuare it out, just right clisk on the desktop, and click on personalize , then at the left top, you will see "change desktop icons", click on it and and then check the box next to recycle bin, and the clikc on apply and then ok, and your recycle bin is now back on your desktop as it was before, if you don't understand anythign just message me, all right man, good luck

just take a usb plug go to a nother PC copy paste the recyclebin in the usb plug put it back to your lab top in take the recycle bin from ur usb key
