@EvilLamas Thanks for tip! We do "frog stand" in yoga, but it's called Bakasana. Planche is a really hard movement and I checked out the "pseudo planche push ups" and felt so weak!!! You can always be stronger ;-)
@KinoYoga Yoga nowdays has become somewhat `chickified`.... done as the easy option of weigh loss etc by many.... incoperate even just basic push ups in to your exercise etc (although if you can do any pseudo planche push ups, do them instead obiously) and eventually you will be able to do a bit of the tuck planche- try it now in fact; go in to an L sit, but with your legs tucked in as much as you can, and simply try to rotate round s much as you can- it's how I first learned!

if u were at the TOPS testing only one press would count becuz u cant walk im only 10 and i have to do 10 presses which are total easy like hers for example they were still good for a tight area :)
u can turn your hands out put them about 10-20 cm away from a wall, then put your hands on the floor lean your bum til it hits the wall then try to get your legs up and down from there keeping ur hands on the floor.....or.....you could try for a pike press standing up then bend down put your hands on the floor a little forward then bring your legs in and try to make your legs hover for a bit or as long as u can that will def help:)

haha nope...but she does look very cute but more importantly i find beauty in strength and passion. for her to be able to do that, she must've been a young gymnast or trained consistently over the years which satisfy my checklist in terms of hotness. Even then, an extra girlfriend wouldn't hurt lol
lol get some weights, you can buy them at walmart and crap depending on where you live. Its really handy since you don't have to go to the gym all the time. But to train for this kind of thing you mostly have to do body weight training anyway so there really isn't much need for weights. im still trying to get my handstand to hold longer but no way can i do the press handstand.. yet.
The secret of this skill is to do pancakes and try to do overpancakes, and obviously strenght. But if you don't like abdominals, do only L sits for 3,4,8,9 seconds every day.
what are pancakes? I'm trying to learn to get there. I can do L sits and can get teddy bear stand. Knees on elbows but can't get full hand stand to balance. She is very cute thou and very elegant.

@KinoYoga learn the tuck planche first, to attain that- do horse stands (often called frog stands) and `pseudo planche push ups`...
It will take a while, if you're not already doing stuff like this, but it's attainable for anyone!
