i have a 05 kia sedona its three years old and still kicking...it goes thru that on a daily trip to work...ford is crap though thats why your's burned up

I have a KIA Sedona EX that I paid $25,000 for and I don't think I would ever think about doing that to it.

I'm guessing its a rental. I did the same thing with a rental, a ford windstar and the transmission burned out in half the time you were killing your Kia! and your Kia still runs fine!
