I'm glad that you've been practicing ^^ Advice... If you can read music, then you're already well on your way! Private instruction is definitely the fastest way to improve, but if that's not possible for you, I think it really helps to listen to other people play (like you're doing on Youtube!). Other than that, practice is key =] Try finding the most effective way of practicing for yourself ^^
