About you always trowing your iPhone on vibrate, it is as a result of the construction of the phone and not your case. The "vibrate mode" button is placed at the peak of the side, and when turn down it gets hidden below the peak of the side.

I do it all the time with my phone too, and that is both with and without cover :P
