Every single RPG, etc majority/producers likes recycling voice actors. If you see and compare like 5 games from XBOX360 You'll probably notice pretty much the same voice actors.

That's because they do good work. And voice acting isn't as lucrative a trade as it is in Japan, especially with weeaboos shouting them down before they're even out of the game.
