  • Isn't the 7mm cartridge that your rifle shoots of a rimless design? What is it exactly, because the .303 British is rimmed? Either way it's good to know you weren't injured.

  • The A-Bolt is designed to shoot a 7mm, somehow a 303 7.7mm accidentally got mixed in with the 7mm. Looking at them both in your hand the difference is not very obvious and you wouldn't catch it right away that it was not the correct ammo.
