If this WASN'T a Soviet plot to destroy America, I would say that I really wonder if these cartoonists realized that a decade later, there would be so much Rule 34 of their creations that if the individual images were made into a scrapbook, that scrapbook would be have as many pages as about 10,000 Bibles.
I'm starting to think more and more that 90s cartoons were all a plot by the Soviets to make us into furries so we would become so weak and lazy that one day, the Soviet Union would take over America and no one would fight against them because approximately 100% of America will be spending their time on /h/, Fur Affinity, and Paheal.
But then again, 90s cartoons (and for some, animu) are the best things we ever created as a species.
Old cartoons were able to do that because the kids were innocent so a naughty take like this one was daring and funny...

Interestingly enough, when I was young, I never once thought of her boobs being big. I even used to watch movies that showed nudity, and never thought anything was wrong with it. It wasn't until my parents said, "Ooooo, boobies!" and acted like it was bad that I started to giggle and think such things were naughty. Kids don't care, and are fine. Back then, with cartoons, it was about having something for each part of the family. @SegaMaster172 I have to aggree. I watched theses cartoons all the time when I was a kid- Tiny Toons, Animaniacs, Rocko's Modern Life- and never really caught on to the innuedo until years later, in hindsight. It's fairly smart, making something that appeals to different age groups.
