i used to skip school to play this game. Actually, I got good enough to roll the game completely. I believe it's around 2.2million that you get one round worth 256x (I believe). Then the game starts from scratch again. That would take a number of hours....

I studied Mr Awesomes gameplay, his speed and accuracy are ok, but no where near the lightening pace and accuracy I had as a 15 year old kid. I spent every penny i had on the game until I achieved scores of several million before I basically had to give up due to boredome, or fatigue.
I can't remember honestly. All I can remember is that the setting for the cursor was stiff, or "slow" I used to have to use the whole palm of my hand at a very high pace. Then i t was practically hours of defending 2-3 cities. I have no idea at what scores new bonus cities where earned. I don know 100% sure I hit well over 1,000,000 on this setting whatever it was. I played another machine that had an -for me-. ridiculously loose cursor setting, just blowing the ball sent the cross hair flying.

Roy is one of he few oldschool champs that still come out to events and compete. B.M.:) isn't the only champ that hasn't etched a live score when challenged...but who can lame him if your skills aren't as sharp as they used to be why come out and get your ass kicked?

I didn't realize how tough Missile Command really was. What was with the guy singing the national anthem, though? It was cool and all, but he seems like a really messed up guy. Great video.
