I remember playing the arcade version of CC and being so amazed and impressed with the gameplay and animation. Then this version for the NES came out and I recall being so disappointed that it was nothing like the arcade version.

The ending wasn't too lame. I don't think the game itself was that bad. It's no comparison to Back To The Future or Home Alone 2 NES; THOSE were DUDS.

I wonder if any of those japanese developers you see in the credits felt any reserve against mr GI Joe standing all victorious in front of the good ol' red white and blue, considering we did drop two A bombs on 'em just a few decades ago. Maybe this piece of shit game is one of many ways of getting back at the USA
