Fantasia Singing Rock Steady and PR on Valentines Day

Wow! I can't believe the crowd is just standing there and looking. Although, she does have that effect on you when you see her live but there is no way you can just stay standing and not grooving with her. I've seen her about 4x's now and everyime she brings it and I'm jamming right along with her. She Kills ' Purple Rain " Everytime! If you've never seen her live you are missing out. She will give you a hell of a show. You Betta Sang, Tasia!

On this video, Fantasia seems and acts high as a Georgia pine. I didn't care for her rendition of "Rock Steady" it was not melodic enough or mellow enough. Same with "Tell Me Something Good," just too screechy and choppy. But I enjoyed "Purple Rain," because it was more fitting to her choppy and high mood here. The crowd was not feeling these performances because they wasn't feeling that same "drug" or whatever "she" was feeling. The crowd seems disappointed actually.

Fantasia is a really great performer and singer. She captures the audience from the time she steps on the stage. These are the kinds of songs she should be putting out on her albums. The hip hop stuff she does on her albums is really below her potential. Shout out to Prince: give Fantasia the rights to put Purple Rain on her next album!!!!
