I think his training and world records shuold tell that this type of "HARD TRAINING" really does work.
If you want results you have to work hard and put the time and effort into getting the results. It doesn't just happen because you simply walked into the gym everyday to hang out with your friends.
Point #1: Training hard and intensly is what gets you results.
Point #2: Don't waste your time sitting on every machine in the gym and doing endless hours of biceps curls in the mirror. This does not produce a significant endocrine response to see any real results nor will it produce and power, speed, strength or size.
Point #3: He is training for Powerlifting & Strongman. He currently holds 12 World records with the APA & RAW United Powerlifting Federations.

when u were 13 years old could deadlift 300 and that was at the begining of 13 ate the end of 13 he deadlifted 385 pounds so i wouldnt be talking smack i dont see u posting any vidz of ur self
