  • I MADE IT!

  • shouldnt there be a lesson 11 or is this how high you went?

  • what about wo?

  • @meowmeow131 There is a "wo" but I think it's just pronounced "o".

If I remember correctly you just use uo instead of the wo.

  • wo lacking

  • An easy way to learn Japanese right from your home or wherever you go - check the video out - youtube.com/watch?v=wfseANZtMNg

  • its is wa and wo right? and is the "wo"silent? plz answer

  • Holy crap I just learned to read Hiragana in like an hour. Now its just a case of learning the language lol.... awesome vids thank you so much!!!

  • is this the last lesson? its easier than I thought xD

  • what means YEN

  • its not easy,if you dont speak english....

  • great lesson

  • hiragana iS a little bit easy ..

its fun to leaRn it !!

  • Also... I've only ever heard women say "watashi". Guys don't pronounce the "i"...

  • Watashi is unisex, boku is male.

  • タル です

    ひらがな げんき わかりました

    オストラリア に すんで います

    日本語 は たのしい です

  • So everyone knows before calling themselves women watashi is for girls and boku is for boys watashi means i girl and boku means i boy.

  • isn't watashi unisex and atashi for girls? because i have heard both boys and girls say watashi...i have also heard some girls say boku

  • I asked my sensei and she said watashi can be used for MEN not kids so it CAN be right. I've never heard anyone use atashi, and boku is only for boys girls use watashi as kids and women.

  • ok THANKS for making THAT clear

  • Atashi is a new form gaining popularity in Tokyo, females use it in self reference. Another one that's becoming popular is Uchi.

  • @pointe princess 302 your almost exactly right. Watashi can be said by anyone but is more often said by girls or older people..it would be regarded as 'uncool' for say a teenage boy to use it. Atashi is very girly but you could heard it be used by gay or very young guys, and boku is for boys but very butch (for lack of a better word) girls may use it.

  • Not necessarily but a good rule of thumb

  • isn't warui also sorry?

  • These videos are really good, but where is "wo"? (を)

Other than that, as I said, thanks for the videos, I've found them helpful!

  • "wo" is used to mark the direct object of a sentence so it isn't actually part of a word

however it is part of the hiragana table

    it should of been included

  • わたし わ Anthony です

  • 私 は アントニー です

    Watashi wa antoni- desu

The particle 'wa' is actually typed as 'ha' in Japanese Hiragana but pronounced as 'wa' ;) Good luck with your study!

  • nane?

  • 何

  • where can we find the missing video? I think it was 2.

  • this is helpful thank you どもありがとう

  • thank you
