I'd love to know what camera you use so my videos will be so good.

@fatdice911 Since January of 2011 I've been using a Sony handheld camcorder model HDR-XR 200, however this video was done with an older model which did not support HD. It was also a Sony but I do not recall the model number. It used the mini DVDs which were prone to sometimes produce corrupted video files. New system works much better.

Thank you, Phrakanong! You make really good videos that are easy to watch. I was there last January (2011), and , like so many other people who leave comments, fell in love with the place, and can't wait to go back again! I saw so many different things. The temples, Siam Center and Siam Paragon (Food Court !), and the contrast of seeing Father Joe's Mercy Centre and Khlong Toey. I hope to be there again this coming January, 2012. I'm so impressed with the polite, respectful people there.

@daschmeikel The name of the song is "Kon Klua Yang Wan" meaning something like salt can still be sweet in reference to life and love together and in difficult times life can still be sweet if there is love. This is sung by Bao Vi and Bieu Kaliani. The music credits are at the end of the video. I should have placed them earlier in the timeline.

Been there 15 times since 1999. Samui, Phuket, Hua Hin, Pattaya and Bangkok. What ever as an outsider you want to think is OK. I never go anywhere on vacation anymore other then Thailand. Nicest people on the planet hands down. Always feel safe,comfortable and something about this place just makes me want to come back agaian and again.

Saw The Eagles there at Impact arena in Feb in Bangkok. Phenemonal!

I've been to this particular one several times and they have had the dance and song routine each time but it was not exactly the same. I've been to one other within this same time frame and they also had a similar routine but they wore different attire.

each district is a city unto itself! when we were in Silom, I felt like we were in a whole different city.LOL each part of the city has its own uniqueness. my favorite part of the city is around the Sukhumvit area (soi 3-26). can't wait to return next year with my Thai pla ra ya :)
