i think they should be legalized in all states but laws have to prevail to govern their use. For example, no lighting fireworks within a certain distance of wooded areas. I would also be open to only haveing them being used at certain times of the year.  Def major holidays.

They really do need to get rid of firework bans. I want to have fun showing my patriotism for this country. Yes fireworks are dangerous, but I've been lighting them for 15 years and been hit by one firework and didn't get hurt. Banning fireworks is banning our right to express our freedom. Legalize fireworks in all states.

They let you complain and speak out only because it doesn't really make enough difference to matter. It gives the impression of free speech and freedom. Total control is a reality. They have studied the methods of all regimes before them. Developed extremely sophisticated, subtle and clever tactics. The technology is completely overpowering. The details are classified and not believable. You would be jailed, hospitalized or disabled for attempting to reveal it. Don't give up the fight.
