What is it like being a teacher? It is being a teacher, a guidance counselor, a policeman, a detective, a judge, a nurse, and a bookkeeper all at one time. It is both exhilarating and frustrating; it is both exalting and humiliating…Give me a classroom with its you-never-know-what-to-expect atmosphere. –Blackboard Bulletin
I've had plenty of teachers use technology in the classroom, and I participated in a video conference with students from Cairo. However, the college courses I learned the most from did not involve technology. Showing a video once in a while isn't a bad idea, but anything that splits students' attention like PowerPoint is not helpful in the end. My courses in which my focus was solely on a well-qualified teacher proved to be the most interesting and thought-provoking classes.
Greatest top 10 tips. Excellent ideas! For sure it gave me interesting thoughts to my classes. Thanks for sharing! It's like Charles Leadbeater said:"In the past you were what you owned...Now you are what you share".
Very interesting list for your top 10. I agree with this list if it is for high school classes and technology, but for college, the list would look quite different. It appears you intended the list for high school. As a master's student in Ed Tech at a major university, I have discovered college and high school differ a great deal in how educators must use technology in the classroom. My strength is ed tech at the college level, so this video was very helpful to my education.

A simple, well-thought out list. This helps me realize a broader approach.
