U can get the money and the dog at the same time! After the ending, go to Knothole Island (nearly said Knothole Glade :P) with a sacriface. The place with the tombstones, there is a door there with a dog on top. Shoot the statue of the dog and a lever will appear. Lead the sacriface into the door and pull the lever. He/she will die and ur dog will ressurrect. :D
