do you take vitamin pills or something for hair growth , cuz i've tried with biotin and other vitamin pills for hair , didnt work at all :(

Nice.my mom was lazy as hell & didn't want to do my hair when I was younger(I have very long& thick hair naturally ) so she permed it when I was 5 & messed my hair up..& continued it do it until I was 12 (when I told her to stop) so I cut all my hair off &it grew back with-in 9months to sholder length &naturally & I love it. I cut my hair every 4 weeks an it's down the middle of my back. I also never straighten it an I wash it every other day. My point ..Ditch the Perm.

iM Going To Stop Using My InStyler Everyday. But If I Wash My Hair And blow Dry iT , it Gets So Nappy And Puffy Tht i Have To Straighten it. Is there any other way?

Sure. Do a tutorial about trimming your hair, especially in the back. My hair is only to my shoulders, so I can't look at it in the front because it's not long. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you.
I would really appreciate it if you did a tutorial on trimming your ends I have two length from left to right left side longer and better texture right is courser and shorter weird. l just started my healthy hair journey last month and it's been rough I'm a weekly straightener Lol so it's been a month I've started using the entire Aphogee line I stop March 3 and your the reason I started using that to get my hair back together so I greatly enjoy and appreciate all your videos were the same age
