It's a liquid called rigid collodion. All you do is brush it on, wait about a minute for it to dry, and repeat. I do about 10 applications. You can find it at most party/costume stores.

It's this stuff called rigid collodion. All you do is brush it on, wait for it to dry, and repeat. I do about ten applications and it works pretty well, but it makes it difficult to eat and the corners near my lips like to peel off. I like the look of it, though, and it's very easy to use.
