i had a really bad waterskiing accident, i was going into the beach and theres a warf like nexto it and i dont remember anything but i supposebly cut out reallly hard and i lost my balance fell went flying into the warf smashed my face into the pylon, and i was out for days and i got airlifted to hospital.. thats alot for u when your thirteen right

when you are skiiing like that, it is an independent responsibility. The driver job is to drive. It is the skiier, that if he thinks he can't do it, do a turn, or whatever, he releases grip. Driver did nothing wrong here.

its not the driver's fault, it's entirely the skiier's. He had complete control over his speed. he just had to edge a little less, let go earlier and put more pressure on his back leg.
