Revenge on Boro for them beating the Rs at Ayresome Park the previous October in Malcolm Allison's first game in charge of Boro. The Rs were champions this season and Boro relegated. Boro had to borrow those orange shirts from Rangers when the ref said their normal red shirts clashed with Rangers strip! Clive Allen was so so sharp a striker. A very young Martin Allen can be seen in the tunnel at 11.14 on the left of the screen. Happy days and a fine Rangers team. Thanks for posting!
@Martin63 Good spot!! Martin Allen just out of nappies :) What was the ref thinking he should have gone to specsavers, and there was me thinking QPR and Derby this weekend was a bit of a clash
