I was so glad to see this performance in San Francisco. Such a great show! This song was very much a highlight ending the 1st half of the set. In fact, my friend from San Francisco bought the CD after hearing "Dancing With Eternal Glory." I must confess I've got the goosebumps right now listing to this.
For those of you that dislike the religious tones in this music, you might want to examine why it bothers you? Would it equally bug you if they were singing about Satan? For my money that closer was an epic tribute to a man realizing that there is something bigger than himselve. We just celebrated the birth of our lord, everyone's lord and savior so it is fitting that I'm watching this right now
Neal & Co. have nailed it down and moved me to weep at the power, majesty, love, forgiveness, of our Lord God, Jesus Christ. I'm sorry if that bothers you. I'll pray for you to someday understand God's love. Peace.
Take some 12 minutes of rest, stop your thoughts, feel your breath - and enjoy Neal Morse's epic masterpiece about finding the way to the true love of God!
Although "Is it really happening?" is by far my favourite track from "The Whirlwind", "Dancing with Eternal Glory" is the perfect ending for this suite.
The beggining is gentle and emotive and the song reaches it´s climax in an true explosion of feeling and the reprise of "A Man Can Feel" is just incredible.
With the "Overture/The Whirlwind" as epic outro, I think the message is that everything is connected (reminds me to "Octavarium").
Some amazing vocals and harmonies in this. Amazing! Beautiful! Wonderful! There's not enough good words in the dictionary for this song. SO glad I bought this on DVD!
They should've ended The Whirlwind with "Is It Really Happening" and put this on the bonus CD. Watch the last video - how can you argue with that ending?
@PantomimeHorseMusic I disagree, Is It Really Happening has a very penultimate feel to it. It definitely feels like a build up to something greater. Still an awesome section though. This section is so beautiful and the way it returns to the themes introduced throughout the song is amazing. It's a perfect ending.

Christian bands, THIS is how you honor God. This isn't even just about God, this is about Life itself which ANYONE can relate to. Beautiful.

What an inspirational track! 08:56 reminds me of Vangelis when they go back to the Whirlwind theme used at the very start of the overture.
