I made a few sprites in paint a long time ago. Now I just work with Paintshop Pro... so that I can use transparencies that aren't available in paint. As for creating your own sprite, it takes alot more work than copying one, but if you're patient enough, it's easy.
I might as some point, since I do like creating sprites, but I've been starting to get really busy with being in a bunch of different other collabs. If the game develops to a further stage and I wind up liking it, I might at some point later, but now isn't a good time for me to start.
its not really drawing, more like co-ordinating. but like drawing, it takes patience, but unlike actual drawing where you can just put it down as you think, it takes double the patience for something like this (memorizing n all, i mean you could pretty much assume).

want to make sprites for an RPG I'm creating?

Maybe, it depends what it is. I really enjoy making sprites, and I'd likely be happy to do that.
I've been really slow with making things recently though.

It is called 'dracule', its a vampire game (obviously. Dracule is the final boss. I'm still writing the storyline

Judging from the brown-red emblem, you were replicating the BN3 style. It could be more accurate to the real model.

It is memorized, not the exact placement of all of the colors in the shading though.
