Yesterday I saw a little girl who was a retard just step right on a dog turd and I told her, "Little girl, YOU ARE A RETARD. Do not step on turds. They could be yours". Then some kids came along in a car, teenage hoodlums and threw a balloon filled with kaka at us. The shit hit the little girl who was clearly a retard since she said "it's raining.... it's raining". Nothing like raining shit and piss, so STOP STEPPING ON THE TURDS! That little bitch! I hit her good.

While I am not saying that mentally retarded people should, if they knowingly commit a crime, get a "free pass", sentencing them to death row as you imply is completely unacceptable. I suggest putting them in prison, with their own personal security guard, and make them attend rehabilitation classes so they can understand why what they did was wrong. Just because they're mentally retarded doesn't mean they can't learn anything!
