My associate has been following DietOramy diet regime (picked up on Google) for several months now and she got rid of the majority of her physique fat now - I'm trying to talk her into fitness, but she is just loyal to her DietOramy...

@Bunzypoo I'm the same. Here's how I do it.. Three times a week go out and run. Start of walking with a small jog interval. Next week increase your jogging time a small amount. Do this every week until you can run :) It seems simple/ stupid but it seriously is the best way to do it. Rather than attempting to run straight away when your body isn't used to it. Hope this helps.

I have to tell you that I have the EXACT same "pimple" on my neck that you spoke about in the 1st part video!!! It was CRAZY!!! I didn't realize it was part of the detox.... it was so sore and awful! I am glad it is gone! I also had a really rasping voice and congestion.

Liz, I really wish I could be as motivated as you. I know you did a "What motivates me" video a while ago, but just curious to see if that has changed at all. I recently lost my mother and that has motivated me to lead a more healthy lifestyle. It's been a slow start, but it is women like you that motivate me and show me this is possible. What have you done in the past to keep you on track when you felt you were slacking?

Can you give an example of what you eat on a daily basis? it sounds like something I would be interested in. iI actually started eating a clean diet today. Nothing processed, just clean foods. I want to do it for 6weeks and see how things go from there.
I started a vegetarian diet this past 2 weeks and its been difficult, but I still eat junky foods i'm slowly weaning myself off because otherwise I will fail, but I'm glad you did well.
i really think that if you dye your hair a dark brown shade, your eyes colour would really pop :) your eye colour is just so beautiful. hope you'll try it :)

With any vegetarian diet it's best to take a B 12/B complex supplement. B vitamins are very important, the US food industry wipes out all the potential B (vitamin B come from bacteria) on fruits and veggies. Good luck!! Looking good! :)

You probably eat a omnivorous diet (meat/veggies) I eat a vegetarian diet (veggies and animal by products but no meat) and she its a raw vegan diet . diet does not mean you eat to loose weight. media has just distorted the idea and meaning of "diet"

Congrats on going raw! I started a raw food diet last summer and I felt great too. The only problem was when winter came, it was really hard to stay on the raw food diet because my body craved something warm/cooked. I started adding some vegan cooked dishes to my diet and found that following a combined vegan/raw diet works best for me. Thanks for sharing your experiences with us!
Liz, I did a 30-day raw fruit and juice diet, where I only drank juice that I juiced in a juicer. Never felt so great!! It was an awesome experience. I have a sweet tooth, too, but fruit juice satisfies my need for sweets.
Will you please keep doing more videos about your raw eating...like examples of I had this for breakfast, lunch, dinner snack, etc. I'd really like to try to eat a raw diet, I've checked out various you tube videos also, I know that kristensraw, she has recipe books that look pretty cool, I've watched that food matters dvd and that really opens up your eyes too how food can be healing also. @larasummer28 "Diet" maybe the wrong word to call this form of eating. Cause it may give the wrong imagery. It's not a get skinny quick diet. It's more of a lifestyle change, and yes, people can live on a Raw foods for the rest of their lives. It is quite healthy and you do have to take more precautions and have more knowledge to what you eat and how you prepare your foods. It's Not for everyone, but it does work. I'm Vegetarian and Raw is too extreme even for me... I'm impressed with Liz too!

hey liz! i am also wondering if your husband and those around you support your raw food diet. i read an amazing book called "the raw food detox diet" by natalia rose and then started eating raw and felt great...but then some people in my life were not very supportive and were against it, so i stopped:( its hard to convince people of the benefits!
Very interesting! Thank you for sharing! I follow the food glycemic index since few months and I see like you benefits :o) I feel better! Raw food is very good and healthy, in summer it's easy to eat mixed salad for example, but in France the weather is often cold and I need warm food ;o)
Hey liz I was wondering whats the difference between vegan and raw food diet is or is it the same thing? Because I have heard a lot about vegan and all the benefits even on oprah! But not so much about raw food unless its the same thing again.
Did you have bad undereye circles before? I mean, did you notice a really big difference with that, or was it minimal before? I struggle with that no matter how much sleep I get or how hydrated I am, and I never knew that diet could have an effect.

PS Clear pee is a sign you are drinking enough water...really yellow or almost orange juice color pee is an indication you are NOT hydrated enough!

Very interesting! Thank you for sharing! I follow the food glycemic index since few months and I see like you benefits :o) I feel better! Raw food is very good and healthy, in summer it's easy to eat mixed salad for example, but in France the weather is often cold and I need warm food ;o)

Hey liz I was wondering whats the difference between vegan and raw food diet is or is it the same thing? Because I have heard a lot about vegan and all the benefits even on oprah! But not so much about raw food unless its the same thing again.

Did you have bad undereye circles before? I mean, did you notice a really big difference with that, or was it minimal before? I struggle with that no matter how much sleep I get or how hydrated I am, and I never knew that diet could have an effect.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us.I´m all into trying new things at the moment, I´ve always been a vegetarian, tried to be a vegan for the last couple of months and now you made me want to try the raw food diet immediately!
