I presume a spin off of 'War and Peace' given as it's Russian monks. You know... by Tolstoy.

War and Caprice is a play on "War and Peace". It's an inside joke (and not a particularly funny one) combined with a pun. It covers a range of photography, articles and videos made in Russia in 2006.
