I love the Fall but they can be up their own ass and just as you can say SY fans are snobs Fall fans can be inverted snobs. To me both bands are brilliant and have their place. If you don't find sister trippy you have never fuckin tripped.

I quite like their cover of the Fall the SY guitars give the song a layer or 10 the original didn't have. I am a fall and Sonic Youth fan. Can someone tell me if this is off the peel session. I seem to remember listening to this on a sy Peel session when I was about 17. Happy Daze!

Hey!! I'm nearly 50, whatever. Been into the Fall since I was 18 and no matter what age you are or what state of mind you're in, they are one of the best! The SY cover of rowche rumble is cool but it doesn't do anything different! We are Sparta FC!

Blewroomexit, no WAY is this better even by a centimeter. Maybe if you're younger than 32 but the original is SO much better than this homage. This lacks heart or intent other than to do a version of a song the newer band liked.

@MagickTemple Yeah they did an E.P.I think it was a Peel Sessions recording-I saw it at a record fair years ago but had no cash to get it(!) But anyway I'm pretty sure these are the tracks on it so d/loading them is the next best thing eh?
