@98maxime GTA IV's cops are a bit smarter, well they still ram each other but they don´t back down mountains.

But they still have some sort of consentration problem.
@98maxime Yeah, for example some cops hide behind car doors XD
@Lulzalex dont forget when u are in harbor, u can hit a police while moving toards the wather and when he is close just shoot behind him (the street side). That will result in a "dolfin dive" in the wather.
