  • This is in 1993 april may,I still remember that sure ad with the female kicboxers...

  • i agree then 1993 WAS the right year

  • I thought 1993 myself but those newer trains in the old Network South East advert suggests surely that these ads are from the early 1990s.

  • Thanks for uploading this. 1993 seems fitting for the style of the ads. They're a little 'older looking' than the modern styles we've seen since sort of 2003 ish, but not quite old and retro enough to have that 80s feel.

  • This may be a later repeat, because I don't think the Lea & Perrins ads (voiced by Neil Fox) were running by 1991. Perhaps 1993?

  • You've got me thinking.

I'm not aware of Channel 4 broadcasting the same Oprah episode twice (at least not as early as then) and I can't see how the BFI info could be so incorrect. And yet the continuity announcement in Part 23 doesn't help...

  • Having watched more Channel 4 footage on my tapes recently, I've noticed that the breakbumper at 0:16 belongs to a group that were broadcast in 1993-1996, and was shown even in between an 'O' episode made in 1988.

For that reason I agree that this is a further repeat of the episode originally shown here on 17 January 1991. Unfortunately for me, BFI haven't listed many 1993/1994 screenings so the exact date is as yet unknown...
