    In order to feed the muscles with the energy needed to combat that massive weight, the blood pressure sky-rockets. The pressure builds up the extent where blood vessels might burst. If the strain is enough to burst a blood vessel, further strain will surely be enough to cause the blood to stream out quite profusely.
