Um my dog does that a lot and the vet said it was dogs coughing not sneezing

I've owned dogs for 50 years and I've had many of lots of different breeds,including greyhounds, who do this!! It's not just greyhounds..

I had a lab / husky mix who would do this a lot. Our vet said it was nothing to be worried about, in her case it actually seemed to be hay fever!

My greyhound Madde does this quite often right after she drinks water...

Turners Mom, Breezy does that a few times a year, but much more Violent that you dog. It usually happens when she is in bed, and it wakes her up from sleep. Our IG's also from time to time also so that, but not as bad as Breezy.
