  • Actually I was a bit off, the SVD fires at 2624.7 ft/s and the M82 is 2799 ft/s so the bullet drop would be less, just not that much.

  • no, learn to count... they all take less than a second and thats how long it should take btw a real life dragunov shoots at 830 m/s... and wth do you mean hdmi? A. hdmi doesnt apply because this isnt a console game and B. operation flash point original didnt have hd gfx anyways

    You know what? CoD maps are so small that even in real you wouldnt feel any bullet drop. I have played all cod series at multi player so i know....

  • @Isosyth yes but less seconds to get there means that there will be less drop...and it also matters what type of round you are firing

  • @mrv8fusion Yeah, I realized that probably 5 minutes after I posted that and just hoped people wouldn't really notice. The faster it is the less time it will have to drop and the better the bullet is designed the less speed it will lose.

  • its huge.. its a war simulator game.. a whole diffrent level over delta force 2.. its as close as it gets to war.. try getting the new one coming out soon.. im sure it will be just as good

  • Actually, OFP2 is being "dumbed down to be less realistic" (Actual words from a developer BTW.). I'm just going to get ArmA2, It looks better IMO.

  • yes the easier difficulties are dumbed down and "easier" to play so more people can play it and enjoy it but hardcore mode will be quite realistic!

  • actually the hardcore mode has acutally become more realistic while the easier setting are less realistic. i think this game will rock, but im getting both anyways :P

  • To be honest I always found sniping pretty hard in this game, crap graphics but realistic gameplay.

  • There's a lot of graphic improvement mods so you mustn't play with original "crappy" graphic.

  • well duh, he took out sprinting targets at 700 meters. i can't even fix the visibility settings for targets at ranges exceeding 600 meters. i'm a n00b, i admit it.
