tyrone, question for ya- so you get the call from a motivated seller who answered all the questions to your liking through the seller prescreen questionnaire. then you go to meet them at the property to actually check it out. now, say your new and arent sure how much repairs would cost. you can't give them a number right then. so what do you do? bring a contractor with you and THEN talk numbers? or make ANOTHER trip out after you have repairs figured out?

Wow, well my students don't have a problem because I tell them to write everything down that think may need to be repaired and we discuss it

but repairs are normally figured in increments of $5000, $10,000, $15,000, $20,000, etc

a little more detailed than that but that's the basic concept

you don't have to look for title issues, that't the title companies job

I'm having some trouble with my signs. I am using cut-up cardboard boxes for signs cause I have almost no money. I use the sharpie king size and make sure the letters/numbers are thick and visible.

It's been about a week and I only got 2 calls. Both were investors trying to sucker me with crappy houses at too high a price.

I have about 25 signs out in busy areas easily viewable from the intersection where cars stop.

I see almost no other "We Buy Houses" signs out there. What gives?

First, do whatever you can to get the extra money to buy some blank signs and use a "Poster Man or WoodCraft" Markers to create your signs that say I PAY CASH FOR HOUSES, they will be more visible and effective than cardboard

Second, 25 won't get the job done, 100 in one area is a good start, the more the better results

if you don't see any signs in a particular area that could mean a lot of things, no way to tell on that without me hearing more about the area

Ahh, I need 100 signs out as a good start? I'll do that. And as far as getting real coroplast signs, I'll work on that too. I guess I was expecting too much from too little...

mr tylor thanks for the realquest source.. i also just got my free bandit signs and will be putting them out. and just as refferal or advise to people out there. i do loan mods and dont charge unless we get an approval from the lender and get paid for the refferal. thanks your videos are great..
