I'm tickled she's well enough to be out and touring, but it does seem to be her voice has suffered in the upper register. She sounds a bit raggedy and hoarse when she speaks as well.
Saw her show Nov 15 in Seattle with the guitarist and pianist. Excellent. Great all around entertainer, funny anecdotes, crowd rapport, voice, fun upbeat songs. We were smiling the whole time.
I seen Carlene live in the mid 80's... awesome performer... and looks like she's still got the voice box in fine tune 25 years later! Hope her comeback is truly a fine success!
