This song reminds me a lot of "Hide and Seek" by Imogen Heap (the song where Jason Derulo sampled his chorus for Whatcha Say) In that song the sole accompaniment is a keyboard synth transformed by a vocoder, creating an altered a cappella sound. Many people think that song sounds autotuned as well. I can't find any specific information on Emmy's slow me down, but I would guess that it is not autotuned, but produced in a similar way as to Hide and Seek.
