Listen to the opening riff, it sounds pretti evil. The main riff is also solid. Keeping a solid riff in a metal song is not easy. The drumming is not easy, my student's have lsot weight learning songs like this.

It might just be the, seemly, unorganized chaos of sounds that makes it appealing to a certain audience. In some way, now speaking from my own mind, it seems that this adds to the factor of pure "hate" in the songs. Apart from that, you can clearly hear that the drummer is very talented. I do not prefer this kind of music, I feel that Symphonic Death metal and/or melodic death metal is much more appealing.
