Totally incorrect. a PB has alot of armor and an amazing resistant power at the end of the secondary set (Light Form) which can take enmormous amounts of damage and as a panic button they have 2 self-heals... May want to re-think what u just said.

Amazing resistance power? Warshades have Eclipse that can bring them to the cap with only 5 guys and doesn't require you to stay in human form, like Light Form. And "armor"? There's no "armor" in CoX...

*Toggles then if you want to be accurate about it. And PBs cap all dmg with LF and atleast Thermal Shield and Shining Shield, apart from psi damage ofc. PB and WS are good and bad in different situations, WS gain their buffs from large numbers of npcs, PBs however are better at taking on an single target, and also a better option for PvP; but there is no *best* out of the two.

cause teleport is lame and fly is probably the slowest of all the travel powers, it just has the most convenience because you dont need to go around things.
