my dad is European and we shoe toghether, not like that but he said when he was growing up thw owners job was to hold their horses foot. does the parson holding it own the horse

It is certainly physically much lighter for the farrier. The wooden clogs they are wearing are ideal and quite comfortable safety shoes and I used/ liked to wear them all day in the past.
