Anyway, its not gmod for a couple of obvious reasons. One is the fact that you cant really get a working portalgun mod in gmod (many glitches and such.)

Another is the the animation for chell. If you played gmod and went third person, you would notice that for starters, you walk much faster. And that the animation is very different.

But it also seems you're a not caught up with how he did this. Theres an in-game console which you can spawn things with.
