I may be wrong but I never lube the chain from the outer circumference I also spray lube from the inside and take it for a short ride for the lube to be circulated around the o-rings.
So many idiots there. Wd40 is 100% safe to use to motorcycle chains as cleaner, especailly when working with cold chain. i have used wd40 for almost 4 years, nothing is damaged. One of the chains lasted almost 39000km. Most of these motorcycle chain cleaning products are more aggressive than wd40. I know a guy did get accidentally get wd40 to his eyes. Still he isnt blind.
Many of these motorcycle chain cleaning products work almost like paint remover, these dont protect agains rust. wd40 does.
dude a bike stand is like 60 bucks.....get one much easier..WD-40 is kerosene based thats why it cleans so well. I use just plain kerosene it's rubber/O-ring friendly.
Always lube your chain on the underside never EVER on the outside of the sprocket
My girl spanks my monkey and I lube my chain with my man juice. Never fails me!

WD40 actually penetrates through the o-rings and can damage them.

@LucifeRR06 i totally agree with you! WD40 its not for this use...
christofer128 1 year ago
@LucifeRR06 Heard that too. Get some REAL chain clean and chain lube, like Repsol. Your bike will thank you :)
